During the initial onboarding and implementation phase of your IMM product, your IMM Project Manager will serve as the point of contact for any questions, concerns, or issues that may arise. Getting you answers and solutions in a timely manner is a top priority and keeping track of your progress is key to the success of your project and of the whole IMM family.
Because the IMM product suite plays a critical role in the day-to-day operations of our customers, our support priority is always to those customers in a live production environment, and for this reason response times to customers or processes that are not yet live may not always be as immediate as desired.
IMM requests that during your initial onboarding and the implementation phase of any new and not yet in production process you submit all inquiries to your IMM Project Management team. You can do this either via email or, preferably, via the Onboarding Support form located below.
We will reply to your submission in 1-2 business days and, if needed, assign a resource to work with you to facilitate a solution and set a schedule for support.
