Seamless Employee Experience

IMM eSign could not be easier for your employees to use. Simply “print” documents requiring eSignature to IMM eSign and the transaction setup and initiation is automatically performed. The employee is transitioned directly to the IMM eSign transaction that has been created, seamlessly logged into IMM eSign via Windows authentication (Single Sign-on), and made ready to manage the editing of the session and final submission to the signing parties to sign in-person or remotely.

Unique Automated Transaction Setup

Setting up the transaction for processing is one of the most critical and important aspects of an eSignature solution. Removing any manual setup, signature field “tagging”, or data entry is essential not only for internal operational efficiencies but more importantly for delivering quality document transactions that eliminate risk or exposure from inaccurate or incomplete document signing events.

A. Intelligent Document Templates
Our templating capability provides the system with the knowledge of how to recognize and automatically setup documents for processing. The intelligent template only has to be established one-time for a document type, regardless of how many signers could be needed on the transaction or any other variable content-based parameters. The knowledge provided by the template allows IMM eSign to automatically perform the following setup tasks: 1) Identify signing parties; 2) Identify signature and/or initial fields; 3) map fields to each individual signer, and 4) identify and extract keyword/index fields for archiving completed documents into Imaging/ECM system.

B. ISE – Intelligent eSignature Engine
Templates are a useful part of an eSignature solution, but when documents are dynamic in composition, meaning content and signature fields could shift from transaction to transaction, standard templates will not work and the transaction will require manual setup/intervention.

Through our experience of working with systems that generate dynamic documents – such as Compliance One as an example – we created a unique and advanced functionality that actually “reads” the documents and is capable of locating the signature fields and signing party information even when it “moves” on the documents from transaction to transaction. No other solution offers this advanced document setup capability.

Distinctive In-Person and Remote Signing Events

When it comes to the specific signing environments required for financial institutions – one size does not fit all. IMM has created unique signing experiences for in-branch (in-person) and for remote (external) signing. Each creates an ideal and relevant signing experience for the signing party whether they are in-branch or remote.

Our in-person signing experience allows you to have the signing experience occur on bank-owned devices and does not require the signing parties to access their personal email. In fact, our in-person technology maintains the documents to be signed within the confines of your network and technology infrastructure (premise-based IMM eSign implementations). Based upon the type of in-branch signing experience you desire to provide, you can select from a wide-variety of devices & options (you can review here) to create a dynamic and memorable in-branch signing transaction.

Our remote signing experience follows industry standard protocols for sending the notification to the signer’s email to engage in the signing experience. Of course, signer identity is verified through a number of optional authentication methods available, insuring maximum enforceability of eSigned documents and transactions.

Lastly, unique to IMM eSign is the ability to “blend” or combine the signing methods when a transaction has multiple signing parties. This allows each party to select their preferred method of signing (in-person vs. remote) while placing the signatures from the various methods on the same set of source documents.

Cloud or Premise-based Options

Your financial institution can choose from either our IMM eSign Cloud service (hosted) or our IMM eSign premise-based software for your implementation preference. This choice allows you to determine what best fits your operational and/or security environmental requirements for your IMM eSign implementation.

Fully Automated Output to Imaging/ECM Archival

With our complete, end-to-end eSignature platform design, completed and eSigned documents along with their relevant audit files are fully indexed (keywords), categorized, and passed to your ECM/Imaging system for permanent record keeping and future research/retrieval requirements. No more manual scanning or indexing or other human intervention is required in order to store and protect your critical business records.
