Frequently Asked Questions
Are both IMM’s eSignature and eReceipt solutions integrated with our Episys core system?
Yes. Both IMM’s eSignature (and eDocument) solution, as well as our eReceipt solution, is fully integrated with the Symitar Episys system. This allows transactions to flow seamlessly and completely between Episys and the corresponding IMM eTransaction solution. Because of our unique integration capabilities, employees do not have to drag and drop signature fields onto documents to set up for eSignature processing. Our technology manages all of the signer assignments and field setup automatically without any manual setup requirements. This eliminates the potential for error and increases the overall quality of your eSignature processing.
I am interested in eSignatures. What devices do you support for members to use to eSign their documents?
Our eSignature solution provides for both in-person as well as remote (cloud-based) signature capabilities. For In-Person signing, members can sign documents using traditional signature pads, tablet devices (iOS and Windows-based tablets), touch-enabled monitors, and even standard desktop PCs using our “Type to Sign” technology. For remote signing, virtually any device, using any operating system (including smartphones) can be used to view and sign documents remotely.
What about signing Receipts at the teller line. What devices do you support for members to electronically sign their teller receipt when needed?
Does your eReceipt solution support drive-up window requirements?
Is your eSignature product integrated with MeridianLink’s solutions? Our credit union uses MeridianLink in conjunction with our Episys platform.
Our Credit Union is trying to reduce paper printing. Are there any controls in your solution to limit or reduce receipt printing?
What happens in the unlikely event that our host becomes unavailable, due to datacomm or system processing disruptions?
Can you support having both in-person signatures and remote signatures used when there are multiple signers on a transaction?
