2020 Release Schedule

The following list represents the highlights of IMM’s current product release schedule for IMM eSign and IMM eSign plus for Banks.

General Updates

Role-Based Security

Different departments within the Financial Institution perform different functions and therefore require the ability to granularly manage the viewing rights and feature/function capabilities by department, role or individual. This enhancement will allow the institution to assign specific functional rights and viewing permissions to the users, roles and departments/groups based upon the institution’s security policy.

Document Visibility Actions

This enhancement will allow the Institution to set default parameters that govern how documents will be processed that do not contain signing party information (signer names, etc.). Actions such as automatically setting the document to “review only”, or “do not show” the document during signing – are some available options that can be automatically set without manual operator intervention.

Index Fill Button Relocation

Move the index fill button to the main session details page within the eSign UI.

Support Non-IE Process Function

Currently, eSign sessions can be processed with “Display during processing” enabled when using Internet Explorer (IE). This is currently not supported on other browsers outside of IE. This enhancement will allow eSign operators to process documents with the display option using any browser (eSign RTS edition only).

New Online “Help” Documentation

New web-based documentation accessible real-time from the IMM eSign UI.

In-Person Signing Updates

Versioning for eSign Consent/Disclosure

Versions of in-person consent and disclosures can now be maintained for audit, research and documentary purposes. Prior versions of the consent can be archived each time a new consent version is created. In-person signing ceremony audit files will then reflect the version number of the consent that was in effect for the transaction.

Show Fillable Fields During Signing Ceremony

Allows signers to complete data entry fields during the actual In Person signing ceremony.

eDelivery Recorded in Audit File

In-Person Audit file will now record if the secure eDelivery option is used. Related delivery information will also be recorded for documentation and audit purposes.

Remote Signing Updates

Modify Signing Party Order

When a session has multiple signing parties, the employee managing the transaction can now modify the signing order of the various parties within the transaction.

Email Notification Templates

This enhancement will allow the creation and use of messaging templates that can be used so that different transaction types can have their own individualized messaging for the notification emails. When remote sessions are being generated, the user can select the correct message template without having to manually edit each message for each transaction.

General Updates

Index Field Validation Regex

Enables the use of Regex to perform validation of the data within index fields to enhance the quality of the index field information passed to the Imaging/ECM system during archival.

Rest API Updates

All IMM eSign APIs will now be converted from the legacy SOAP APIs to now be REST APIs. If you would like further information on IMM eSign’s available APIs please contact our technical support center.

Remote Signing Updates

Parallel vs. Sequential Signing Order

When submitting documents to be remotely signed by multiple signing parties, IMM eSign users can now choose the signing order to be either sequential or parallel at the time the transaction is submitted.

Important: Please note that eSign plus 2019.2 contains all of the above features/functionality enhancements listed above for eSign 2019.1 and 2019.2 – and adds the following additional functional enhancements specific to the “plus” edition.
