IMM Customers Increasingly Add Workflow to eSignature Environment

IMM, a pioneer of integrated eSignature, workflow and document solutions for the modern business enterprise, has confirmed that customers are increasingly adding its automated workflow technology to their IMM eSignature platform for faster processing, lower costs, stronger compliance and better service.

Just recently, three longtime IMM customers added workflow to extend the value of their existing eSignature environments. Centris Federal Credit Union, Education First Federal Credit Union and 1st United Services Credit Union have each been running IMM’s flagship eSignature and document presentment platform, TotaleAtlas, alongside the cloud-based remote eSignature service, Document Exchange, among other IMM services. They have now all selected IMM’s workflow to help control and enforce critical eSignature processes. TotaleAtlas Workflow enables these institutions to create an unlimited number of specialized workflows, built around a variety of business parameters that keep tasks occurring in line with predetermined policies.

John Levy, IMM executive vice president and ESRA (Electronic Signature & Records Association) board member, said, “Financial institutions can drive significant efficiencies and gain a strong hold on compliance by simply automating document routing. Forms, agreements and other electronic paper arrive to the right person at the right time, every time – keeping tasks in their prescribed order. Workflow technology provides credit unions and banks the process governance needed to efficiently run day-to-day operations with the highest sense of accountability.”

Five other financial institutions have signed on for IMM’s workflow technology in recent days, with several others onboarding in past months. IMM offers two options for workflow, a lite version that provides basic benefits to strengthen productivity and compliance objectives at an entry level. The full TotaleAtlas Workflow enables financial institutions to customize and manage any internal or consumer-facing business function within the TotaleAtlas environment.
