IMM Announces Selection of Rahway, N.J., for New Headquarters

IMM, a provider of eTransaction automation for the modern business enterprise, announced it will relocate its corporate headquarters to the downtown section of Rahway, N.J., at 2 City Hall Plaza.

The newly selected space approximately doubles the available square footage for IMM’s offices, accommodating both recent and projected growth.

“The move is incredibly exciting for us. Our new location will benefit our valued employees and contribute to a more efficient working environment, ultimately allowing us to continue to provide the market with superior software solutions,” said Chuck Klein, IMM CEO. “IMM is leaving our office space in Linden, N.J., that we called home for the past 19 years. Although bittersweet, moving to Rahway is representative of a new chapter. We are looking forward to continuing our growth in Rahway, cultivating new talent and delivering relevant eTransaction automation solutions to the market.”

IMM’s new facility will be housed in the same modern office building as Rahway’s Public Library located in Union County, just 15 miles from Manhattan. It is two short blocks from the nearest train station, providing easy, direct access to New Jersey and New York City transit. The central location to public transportation as well as among various shops, restaurants and community center offers several advantages and conveniences for employees and visiting clients. Over the past few years, Rahway has undergone significant revitalization, building several new luxury apartments and investing in a blossoming art scene. And, being close in proximity to IMM’s former office location makes the transition undisruptive for current employees.

IMM is gaining a contemporary and modern working environment with plenty of parking and open-air space to enjoy. Minor construction is underway to customize the space to the company’s needs, and is expected to wrap in the first quarter 2016.
