This program allows us to deploy a quick “ad-hoc” solution for your institution in less than 48 hours that you can utilize to simply send documents to customers to sign remotely. This program is designed to be a “stop-gap” measure to assist you in navigating the current unprecedented situation. The program does not require a long-term commitment and allows the institution to migrate to our comprehensive eSignature platform, IMM eSign, at a later point in time when we’ve passed through this unexpected condition.

 

With the Quick Start electronic signature program, financial institution employees can easily upload documents, “tag” or drag and drop signature fields on the documents, and send them off for signature. Once the customer has completed signing the documents remotely, the employee then receives an email notification that the transaction is complete. They can then view the document, print or download it – for subsequent downstream business processing.

 

With Quick Start’s electronic signatures, institutions can service consumer’s financial requests without direct personal contact. New accounts can be opened, new loans can be completed, account service requests can be processed, and loan modifications can be facilitated – all powered by the Quick Start’s “Ad-hoc” electronic signature functionality.
