Pre-Sales Engineer

Position Summary

IMM, the leading source of eSignature and Digital Transaction solutions for financial institutions, is expanding our team to support our rapid market growth. We currently seek a Pre-Sales Engineer to enhance our sales and marketing efforts to new Bank and Credit Union prospective clients. IMM is a dynamic organization with a team of highly skilled and talented individuals that work together collaboratively to maintain the competitive edge of our solutions in the market as well as to provide superior customer service to over 900 Financial Institutions using our software solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform demonstrations and presentations of IMM products and services to support sales opportunities
  • Work with sales team to gather business requirements for new and existing clients, and to help close business
  • Take the lead in technical and business discussions with clients
  • Attend client calls to provide technical expertise and know-how to support sales team objectives
  • Craft solutions for our client’s business and technical challenges
  • Assist with hardware and software preparation for trade shows and conferences
  • Participate with the sales team at trade shows and conferences
  • Assist with account penetration strategies
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of IMM products, as well as general technical and financial industry knowledge
  • Work closely with the Professional Services team in supporting the sales team and clients
  • Use IMM’s CRM to manage opportunities and activities


Knowledge & Skills

  • Ability to initiate and cultivate strong client relationships through the establishment of trust, credibility, and commitment
  • Ability to understand and resolve complex challenges
  • Ability to establish working relationships with clients at all levels, from the layperson to C-level
  • Must be articulate and personable, and possess exceptional client-facing skills


Credentials & Experience

  • 5 years of technical sales experience, preferably in fintech
