COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Message for our Valued Clients & Partners

As the current situation resulting from the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) spread is evolving and developing, IMM would like to assure our valued clients and partners that we have been well prepared for this situation.  We have formally invoked our organization’s existing Pandamic Plan, and as provided by the plan – we continue to operate and provide services to our customers – unaffected by the health situation that surrounds us.  Beyond business continuance, our plan also supports the safety and security of our employees.  In accordance with the plan, we have now directed all employees to work remotely both for their safely, and also to be socially responsible in our surrounding communities.   Our business continues to function as expected and we do not anticipate our software functionality nor our customer service to be impacted by this situation.

 

As a fundamental business principle, IMM values and appreciates the business relationships we have established with our customers and our business partners. We are committed to maintain the delivery of our services without disruption and have taken the appropriate steps to plan for such an event.  Allow us to share our preparedness activities with you:

 

  1. IMM has had an established pandemic plan that is a critical part of our overarching business continuity program.
  2. Our executive team reviews and approves the plan annually, including any modifications or updates that are required to maintain relevance to current situations.
  3. We periodically test our plan throughout the business year, and those tests have proven to be successful in maintaining normal business operations without service disruption.  We are well prepared and equipped for this type of situation.
  4. The nature of our business, including our systems and operations, allows our employees to work remotely. We are able to maintain normal operations without the threat of impact from the community or regional activity restrictions.
  5. The IMM systems operated by our customers on-premise or in the IMM cloud service are not at risk from any quarantine and/or community restrictions. All IMM systems are expected to continue to operate as normal.

 

IMM’s executive team along with our pandemic response team continue to closely monitor the CDC, WHO – along with Federal, State and local health organizations – to appropriately influence our ongoing guidance and organization’s response to the evolving situation. We will update this informational page as appropriate, in order to provide communication updates to our clients and partners.
