Responsibilities

• Facilitate meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and seek help in resolution of obstacles to help drive execution
• Work with the appropriate stakeholders and engineering groups to ensure that approved requests are guided through the product life-cycle process.
• Monitor tasks on an ongoing basis, evaluate progress, manage project / SPRINT plans, track issues and risks, and take corrective action, as necessary.
• Ensure that processes and documentation are adequate and effective to meet specifications.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, QA, and other managers to understand business requirements and roadmap that drives the analysis, design, and delivery of solutions.
• Clearly and concisely communicate project status, progress, and issues effectively and appropriately.
• Drive lessons learned and knowledge retention for future use.
• Champion the implementation of agile best practices across teams.

• Knowledge about JIRA, ASANA, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Azure Board
• Scrum Master / PMP Certification (Preferred).
