Regional Sales Representative

Position Overview

As a Regional Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing prospective clients for IMM’s software solution portfolio, engaging with and successfully winning sales opportunities that you either generate or are assigned to you. You will be expected to develop and maintain a sales pipeline of prospective opportunities that will support the ability to close enough new opportunities each year to meet your yearly established sales quota. You will be the primary owner of each opportunity and will strategize with the SVP of Strategy & Innovation, and the Regional Sales Manager in addition to other team members in a collaborative fashion to maximize your effectiveness and success in securing the successful sale of IMM solutions into the marketplace.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, engage, and manage a pipeline of opportunities to drive achievement of annual sales goals and quotas.
  • Perform calls, presentations, demonstrations, and other prospect-facing engagements to effectively manage the opportunity and to present IMM’s solutions in their strongest possible position.
  • Develop and maintain an adequate knowledge base of IMM’s product portfolio and its business value.
  • Generate, present, and negotiate pricing proposals and contractual agreements as required to support the sales engagement.
  • Maintain accurate and updated information regarding the status of leads, prospects, opportunities, and accounts within IMM’s Salesforce CRM system.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Account Executive, Key Account Manager, or similar position.
  • Successful track-record of sales experience in a software or technology sales environment.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Business acumen with problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of MS Office and Salesforce software
  • Exceptional sales engagement management skills.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Exposure to the sales process in the financial services industry.
