TotaleSign
TotaleSign is a document presentment software system that operates in the windows environment at the client and includes embedded electronic signatures. The software also provides for a document queue that holds signed documents in an electronic file until a signer or co-signer is available to sign at a later time and/or different location. This function also allows an institution to prepare related documents in advance, which expedites the process when a member or customer is ready to complete the process. TotaleSign creates an archivable, 128-bit encrypted, non-editable PDF that is automatically indexed for easy retrieval. This eliminates the time consuming effort to file, store, and manually retrieve paper or physically scan and index documents.
