EZNotice is a batch laser-generated self-mailer system. The data and form templates are merged and printed on a laser, requiring just one paper stock to load in the IT area. By using blank paper, EZNotice eliminates the need for a forms management program, and provides the flexibility to change logos, names and addresses without wasting preprinted forms. In the mailroom, the folder/sealer creates a laser self-mailer at 11,000 per hour and eliminates manual stuffing and sealing of envelopes. Recipients are able to read the first generation laser notice, rather than struggle to read an illegible carbon mailer.
