TotaleAtlas

TotaleAtlas is a browser based document presentment application. XML data from the host is merged with the document and presented to the user. Intuitive document selection which is pre-determined by the institution, serves up the proper documents required for a form set. All fields that were not populated from the host database may be filled from screen so that the document is completed before printing. Forms can include rich features such as calculations, choice lists, validations, etc. A paper copy of the document is not required for the financial institution, but a laser copy can be printed for the customer.

TotaleAtlas includes SigAssure software which creates an archivable and indexed document(s) from fully populated and signed eAtlas forms. Documents that require signatures are signed using a digital signature pad. Once the signatures have been applied, approved and submitted, the document(s) is stored as a non-editable, indexed and appended (if multiple documents) PDF.

Also available is DocQ which holds a signed document or document set in a queue until a joint owner is available to sign at a different branch and/or later time.
