Operating Engineers Federal Credit Union Implements IMM's FormSpeed

Press Release: Credit union enhances member service delivery, employee productivity with customizable electronic workflow technology

LINDEN, N.J., November 30, 2011— Integrated Media Management(IMM)®, a document output management and automation technology provider, announced today that Operating Engineers Federal Credit Union (OEFCU) has selected its FormSpeed workflow product. The browser-based solution collects information and effectively routes forms through their proper channel.

"IMM's FormSpeed will contribute to greater efficiencies throughout our institution that ultimately will reduce costs and improve service delivery," said Joanna Boedecker, vice president of information technology for Operating Engineers Federal Credit Union. "The product is highly flexible and scalable— able to accommodate an infinite number of forms and users— and will add value to multiple functions across the credit union. We anticipate automating everything from account origination workflow to card dispute forms, invoices, marketing collateral and more."

FormSpeed has intelligent Wizard-based screens that provide real-time approvals and eliminate operational bottlenecks and potential missed procedural steps. The technology easily interfaces with an institution's core processor and can send and receive data from both existing systems and third-party applications.

OEFCU is also an existing customer using IMM's proprietary browser-based document presentment application, TotaleAtlas™; the addition of FormSpeed enables the credit union to maximize that previous tech investment by adding true workflow to TotaleAtlas. IMM markets FormSpeed as an independent add-on option and will introduce this functionality seamlessly integrated with TotaleAtlas in early 2012.
