Press Release: Flexible document preparation solution moves technology provider in to banking industry
ORLANDO, FL, November 18, 2008— Integrated Media Management(IMM)®, an output management and document automation technology provider, announced at the 2008 BAI Retail Delivery Conference and Expo that it now offers TotaleAtlas Universal Document Presentment (UDP). The enhanced version of the company's flagship document preparation and electronic signature capture solution provides all of the paperless technology benefits of TotaleAtlas without requiring integration to the core processor, making it available to virtually any financial institution.

"We have now created a new version of this solution, TotaleAtlas UDP, that makes the technology and all of its innovations available to any financial institution."
TotaleAtlas provides users with a document preparation engine that merges XML data and PDF documents. Fields not available on the host database can be filled in on screen prior to the member or customer electronically signing the document. Paper is the exception rather than the rule with TotaleAtlas and is eliminated unless specifically requested. The system creates a 128 bit encrypted and indexed PDF with the signature embedded in the PDF. TotaleAtlas also eliminates the errors, time and costs associated with manual scanning and indexing or filing and retrieving of paper documents.
TotaleAtlas and TotaleAtlasUDP reduce costs by increasing productivity and efficiency within the financial institution while improving service to customers or members; and it also protects the environment by eliminating paper.
