Integrated Media Management Names Rob Huston as Account Service Manager

Press Release: Looks to bring excellent customer service to an even higher level
LINDEN, N.J., November 8, 2006— Integrated Media Management (IMM), which specializes in output management and document automation technology, has named Rob Huston as account service manager. In his position, Huston will oversee all post-installation follow-up activities and will liaison with the Support, Sales and Professional Services departments to provide a higher level of service.
IMM software improves the transaction process by electronically streamlining what has historically been a paper-based system. Financial institutions are able to leverage their existing technology and reduce operation costs through improved workflow, document presentment, embedded electronic signature capture and secure document delivery.
Prior to joining IMM, Huston was the manager of the IT department at TLC Federal Credit Union (TLC FCU) in Tillamook, Ore. and ran Rindahl Systems, an IT consulting business.
"Rob was an IMM customer at TLC FCU where he oversaw the deployment of the IMM software suite," said John Levy, executive vice president of IMM.
