MidFlorida Federal Credit Union Improves Workflow with IMM TotaleAtlas Upgrade

Press Release: Credit union streamlines document presentment
LINDEN, N.J., November 3, 2008— Integrated Media Management® (IMM), a document output management and automation technology provider, announced that MidFlorida Federal Credit Union has upgraded to its browser-based TotaleAtlas solution for electronic signature capture and more efficient document preparation. The paperless technology enables the Lakeland, Fla.-based credit union to better serve its more than 124,000 members by implementing the feature rich TotaleAtlas software.
"It became time to upgrade our software applications and we wanted to implement the latest technology in document management," said Mark Gray, SVP for MidFlorida FCU. "IMM is in constant development of new and innovative solutions, all created with the intent to better the business of its customers. The multi-channel document delivery and electronic signature capture have streamlined our workflow by eliminating many manual processes and simplifying our document archival."
MidFlorida FCU previously used IMM's Atlas system to collect data and merge it with the credit union's existing core processor. Its move to TotaleAtlas allows MidFlorida to streamline operations as any employee from any location can access members' information, and members and co-signers can sign documents at a different branch and time. Gray continued, "TotaleAtlas works across multiple operating programs and can be integrated immediately with our current software systems. The upgrade affords minimal effort from MidFlorida, and will benefit our credit union with enhanced workflow and reduced costs."
TotaleAtlas is a document preparation engine that electronically captures signatures in-branch and creates a secure 128 bit encrypted non-editable PDF of the document with the signature embedded in the PDF. The auto-indexed PDFs and color-coded document filing, which indicates fields filled by the database or on screen, provide a user-friendly platform for credit union employees. MidFlorida has an asset size of $1.3 billion with 400 employees in 23 branches. Automating its document preparation with TotaleAtlas will improve coordination between branch locations, maximize overall productivity and improve document retrieval.
"We are proud of our longstanding relationship with MidFlorida FCU and the confidence they have shown in IMM by expanding their relationship with us," said Chuck Klein, CEO of Integrated Media Management. "Over the years IMM has stayed true to its commitment to reinvest in our product to provide credit unions with products that improve member service and reduce costs; turning an investment in technology into a savings plan."
