Press Release: Web-based Solution Allows Financial Institutions to Sign Documents Remotely
LINDEN, N.J., October 6, 2006— Integrated Media Management (IMM), an output management and document automation technology provider, has partnered with SunGard to offer Web-based digital signing capability and secure document delivery.
TotaleAtlasWeb sends documents to SunGard's secure site for delivery through SunGard Signix. Signix provides the digital identity technology that verifies a person's identity and level of authority, and distributes the document for additional signatures as needed. The result offers financial institutions a secure way to collect and deliver signed legal documents without the signer's physical presence.
