IMM Announces Enhanced Version of Document Preparation Engine
06/30/2008
Press Release: Affordable browser-based technology enables institutions to capture signatures electronically
LINDEN, N.J., June 30, 2008— Integrated Media Management® (IMM), a document output management and automation technology provider, announced today the release of TotaleAtlas version 4.3. TotaleAtlas is a document preparation engine that electronically captures signatures in-branch and merges the XML data to create a secure and non-editable PDF document which is easily retrievable with IMM's search feature. IMM's TotaleAtlas customers will now benefit from enhanced document processing, procurement and administrative capabilities.
With TotaleAtlas 4.3, users can simultaneously run test and live environments on a single server, allowing the credit union to run live with TotaleAtlas and new employees to be training in the test environment simultaneously. TotaleAtlas 4.3 displays document descriptions of up to 50 characters in the selection screen providing quicker recognition and understanding of the content. Search criteria have been enhanced using AJAX technology, allowing documents to be looked for by name or description including wildcard searches, and using a specified date range and sorted by column heading. This will save employees time when searching for additional documents that need to be added to an existing document set. To further speed up the process, users can now search and retrieve an individual document within a set rather then retrieving the entire set and then searching for the required document.
"We are dedicated to supporting our customers," said Chuck Klein CEO of Integrated Media Management. "And we show this by consistently enhancing and upgrading our products to provide optimal performance and by automating what has historically been paper-based processes. As a result, our customers experience improved service, increased productivity and reduced costs. TotaleAtlas 4.3 is a solution that meets the financial industry's growing need for documents to be prepared electronically and quickly while enabling their customers and members to complete the process conveniently."
This version of TotaleAtlas will also include new DocQ features, a component which credit unions use for pre-preparing documents in a browser environment. DocQ allows co-applicants to sign at a different time and/or a different branch and enables employees to prepare documents in advance of a customer or member visit, therefore decreasing waiting time.
Several administrative enhancements have been made in version 4.3. At the financial institution's discretion, the co-applicant and guarantor's data and documents can be segregated so that each co-applicant's information appears only on their individual documents. Administrators now have the logging capability to track administrative changes made to TotaleAtlas settings.
TotaleAtlas 4.3 provides institutions with significant enhancements and options that improve member and customer service, increase productivity, and make TotaleAtlas an even more powerful document solution. TotaleAtlas 4.3 is currently live at beta sites and is scheduled for general release in the third quarter of 2008.
