Integrated Media Management Appoints Customer Advisory Board

06/19/2007

Press Release: Board will aid company in remaining responsive to customers and changing industry trends

LINDEN, N.J., June 19, 2007— Integrated Media Management (IMM), a provider of output management and document automation technology, has created a customer advisory board. The board is part of IMM's overall efforts to continue to address the needs of its customers and create technology solutions that align with the long-term goals of its customers.

IMM's flagship products are included in the TotaleWorks suite. The suite consists of TotaleAtlas, TotaleAtlasWeb, TotaleReceipts and TotaleChecks. All of the products are designed to eliminate paper and move financial institutions from paper-based processing to electronic document management. To date, over 600 financial institutions across the country are using IMM's products.

"One of our main goals is to maintain regular contact with our customers to ensure that their needs and concerns are always being addressed," Chuck Klein, CEO at IMM, explained. "As our customer base has grown, it's become necessary to find new ways to accomplish this goal and that is why the advisory board was created."

In 2006, IMM established a customer service team to stay in touch with the existing customer base to inquire about their experience with the IMM products. IMM also plans to launch a message board for customers by the end of the year. The message board will be available through IMM's Web site, and it will allow current customers to share best practices and solutions with each other.

In keeping with IMM's customer service efforts, the advisory board consists of eight members representing credit unions of all sizes. The members will meet three to four times each year and discuss a range of industry topics. This will allow IMM to inform its customers of new projects and receive information on where the credit unions are headed with their technology initiatives.

The customer advisory board members are: Tom Gilson (Police and Fire Federal CU), Ryan Kane (Service Plus Federal CU), Kris Kovacs (Coastal Federal CU), Wendy Langlois (Tower Federal CU), Mark Milanese (First New York CU), Wilfred Morgan (FDIC Federal CU), Roland Plante (Affinity CU) and Laura Thompson (Orange County's CU).

"We've assembled an excellent group of credit union executives who are committed to using technology to increase efficiency and provide better service to their members," Klein said. "The advisory board will be beneficial for all parties involved because IMM can find out where the companies are headed, and the members will learn about what IMM is doing to address their needs and provide suggestions."
