Integrated Media Management Signs Its First 20 Users of TotaleAtlasWeb Technology

Press Release: Remote signature capture and secure document delivery available 24/7 anywhere, anytime

LINDEN, N.J., June 4, 2007— Integrated Media Management (IMM), which specializes in output management and document automation technology, announces that it has signed the first 20 users for TotaleAtlasWeb. The credit unions, which are located across the country, will benefit from a software application that captures end-users? digital signatures via the Web and enables electronic documents to be sent securely over the Internet.

TotaleAtlasWeb offers end-users the convenience of completing and signing their private documents when and where they prefer in a timely fashion. Secure transmission is provided for all content along with notification to the lender after the documents and data are delivered. TotaleAtlasWeb eliminates the time it takes for members to receive and send documents and also saves money previously spent on expensive courier services.

One of the new users is Scottsdale, Ariz.-based TruWest Credit Union, which has successfully integrated IMM's TotaleAtlasWeb product for its 69,000 members. Since employing the solution, the $755 million asset TruWest has been able to decrease the time employees spend funding loans by two-thirds.

"TotaleAtlasWeb makes an enormous difference in the time it takes to sign documents and send them out," said Katie Keith, consumer lending assistant manager for TruWest Credit Union. "The multiple results are real and the benefits are tangible. IMM offers the best product on the market as it entails a seamless process that our members love. Our members constantly share with us how easy and clear the process is and the time that they save by using the Internet to securely sign loans and other important documents."

The product is part of IMM's TotaleWorks, a full suite of products for document output and signature capture. The suite also includes TotaleAtlas, TotaleChecks and TotaleReceipts. TotaleWorks improves the transaction process by electronically streamlining what has historically been a paper-based system and in the end, improves the overall operational efficiency. Financial institutions are able to leverage their existing technology and reduce operations costs through improved workflow, document presentment, embedded electronic signature capture and secure document delivery.

According to officials at the credit union, before TotaleAtlasWeb, if a member was unable to physically come to the credit union they had to fax the documents to the customer who then had to have the document notarized. This was not only inconvenient to members, but the faxes were not always clear. TruWest is now able to e-mail their customers important documents and at the end of the day, all documents are automatically transferred into the imaging system, leaving no paper behind.

"One of TruWest's challenges is that we're not located everywhere," explained Keith. "TotaleAtlasWeb evens the playing field and allows us to stay competitive by giving our members access to our products and services without requiring them to visit a branch."

"TotaleAtlasWeb enables a credit union to service its members who are unable to visit a branch and allows transactions to be completed economically," said Chuck Klein, CEO of Integrated Media Management. "We are a client-centered company that views our customers as partners and we assist them in achieving quality and cost-effective results. IMM is proud to have a partnership with TruWest and provide resources, share knowledge and build a greater capacity."
