Press Release: Demand for TotaleWorks product suite, Check 21 solutions results in year over year increase
LINDEN, N.J., June 1, 2009— Integrated Media Management(IMM)®, a document output management and automation technology provider, announced that it completed the first quarter of 2009 with 22 customer signings, five of which were new customers, that produced 35 new product orders. IMM also announced that revenue for the first quarter of 2009 rose by more than 40 percent on a year over year comparison with the first quarter of 2008.
"We constantly strive to provide software solutions that improve member service, reduce costs, are environmentally friendly and result in a rapid ROI. The acceptance by the credit union community of our offerings is very gratifying," said Chuck Klein, Integrated Media Management CEO. "Especially exciting is the performance of our most recent products— TotaleAtlasWeb, which captures signatures remotely via the Web, anywhere, anytime in a secure environment, and Check 21 Teller Item Capture, which automates the check 21 process at the teller line and automatically populates the "checks deposited screen" from the scanned checks."
IMM reported the greatest demand this quarter for TotaleReceipts, receiving nine signings, which eliminates the need for pre-printed receipts by automating the output of teller transaction receipts and captures signatures electronically. Eight orders were received for TotaleAtlas, the company's flagship document preparation engine that electronically captures signatures in branch and creates a secure non-editable 128 bit encrypted PDF of the document with the signature embedded. IMM's TotaleChecks, a software application that eliminates the storage and management of paper checks, was selected by three customers during the quarter, as was TotaleAtlasWeb, a remote signature capture and secure document delivery solution, via the Web, that provides the mobility to conduct business with members anytime, anywhere. IMM also received an order for EZNotice, a batch laser-generated self-mailer system that enables the flexibility to change logos, names and addresses without wasting preprinted forms.
The remaining 11 product sales for the quarter were for IMM's Check 21 solutions— Teller Item Capture, Branch Item Capture and Merchant Item Capture. Check 21 solutions benefit financial institutions with reduced courier costs, lower check processing fees and efficient workflow as a seamless, automated process is created for delivery of check data to the Fed and other endpoints.
John Levy, Integrated Media Management EVP, said, "The check processing industry continues to eliminate paper from its processes, and our Check 21 products truncate checks to deliver an electronic cash letter sooner rather than later to take advantage of the efficiencies."
In addition to total product sales for this year's first quarter, nine of the customers selected IMM for contracted consultative professional services.
