IMM Nearly Doubles Orders During First Quarter

Press Release: Products help institutions automate process between host system and imaging system

LINDEN, N.J., May 6, 2008— Integrated Media Management® (IMM), a document output management and automation technology provider, has announced that it ended the first quarter of 2008 with a 49 percent increase in monetary orders in comparison to the first quarter of 2007. This boost includes 72 orders of the software product suite TotaleWorks. Additionally, IMM technology is now being used by 20 credit unions with assets of more than one billion dollars.

TotaleWorks, IMM's flagship suite of products for document output and signature capture, includes TotaleAtlas, TotaleChecks and TotaleReceipts. This product suite allows users to quickly and successfully eliminate paper and create electronic, streamlined work processes. Currently, 261 financial institutions have installed TotaleAtlas, a complete turnkey, browser-based document presentment solution. 161 institutions are now using TotaleChecks, a software application that eliminates storage and management of paper checks. TotaleReceipts, which eliminates the need for pre-printed receipts, is installed at 204 institutions.

Fort Worth, Texas-based American Airlines Federal Credit Union selected IMM's TotaleAtlas in January 2008 to better serve its 210,000 members. American Airlines FCU will eliminate the time and costs associated with manually scanning documents and the errors associated with the manual indexing of data.

"We wanted a solution that would give us the efficiencies that come with making the document management process paperless from the core processor to the imaging system," said Gail Garlington, employee systems manager at American Airlines FCU. "Any time that you can deliver the products and services that members want in the way that works best for them, it will help your competitive positioning. If it's more convenient for our members to conduct their business with electronic documents, we can now offer that to them with TotaleAtlas."

"Our goal is to provide software to credit unions that improve service to their members, increase productivity and reduce cost," said Chuck Klein, CEO of IMM. "Our newest entry, Check 21 Teller Item Capture is a case in point. By automating the Check 21 process from the teller line to the FRB or corporate credit union, it automates balancing, reduces keystrokes and eliminates errors."
