IMM Honored by Affinity FCU with Business Partner Excellence Award

LINDEN, N.J., April 28, 2009— Integrated Media Management(IMM)®, a document output management and automation technology provider, announced that New Jersey-based Affinity Federal Credit Union has selected the company as the recipient of its first Business Partner Excellence award. The award honors vendors who have worked with the credit union to elevate its level of service to members and create a winning situation.
"When we work with vendors, I look for the extra value that a company brings to the table," Roland Plante, AVP of Consulting Services at Affinity FCU, explained. "IMM's CTO, Nish Shah, and the entire technology team have truly gone above and beyond in terms of their commitment to developing a teller item capture product that fits our needs, working with all parties to execute the plan and providing continuous communication. As a result, by the end of the year teller item capture was installed at 130 teller stations in 20 branches across the state."
Affinity FCU has been an IMM customer for a number of years and uses TotaleWorks, IMM's suite of document output and signature capture products. In 2007 the credit union partnered with IMM to create a teller item capture solution to streamline operations allowing tellers more time to assist members rather than scanning checks in the back office.
"This project began as a design on a white board and it was almost as if we outsourced the development and coding because IMM was so responsive to all of our requests and built the solution based on the actual needs of a credit union, rather than what they thought our needs should be," Plante said. "We plan to add several enhancements on the back end, so the solution will continue to add benefit to the credit union and address our changing processes."
