IMM Introduces Dynamic Document Functionality to Software

Press Release: Company supporting intuitive capabilities to improve efficiencies with document signing
LINDEN, N.J., April 26, 2010— Integrated Media Management(IMM)®, a document output management and automation technology provider, has introduced the ability to support signatures in dynamic presented documents with its newest release of Universal Document Presentment (UDP), IMM's in-branch signature capture solution for non-integrated third-party software applications.
For dynamic documents, the document preparation engine generates content that is based on multiple criteria to assemble and place signature fields on the fly for specific loan or account origination documents, as opposed to static documents wherein the placement of the signature field is known. IMM's new technology adapts to consumer data input and automatically modifies where signature fields are required regardless of whether the signing is completed in-branch or remotely via the Web.
"This technology benefits the end user as well as the loan or member service officer by keeping the process automated," Chuck Klein, CEO at IMM, said. "More LOS' are moving toward dynamic documents. Incorporating this functionality into our software is an example of our company's commitment to embrace the latest technology for the benefit of our customers."
