Press Release: New product attracting interest of credit unions, banks to follow
LINDEN, N.J., April 14, 2009— Integrated Media Management(IMM)®, a document output management and automation technology provider, announced that WESTconsin Credit Union and Philadelphia Federal Credit Union have signed on to install the recently introduced Universal Document Presentment (UDP) version of TotaleAtlas. This version allows credit unions to interface with non-integrated LOS, cores or other third-party systems and capture signatures electronically in-branch or remotely via the Web.
"Financial institutions today, perhaps more than ever, need to leverage their technology investments," said Chuck Klein, Integrated Media Management CEO. "IMM's TotaleAtlas UDP results in a rapid ROI and superior performance for a relatively small investment."
TotaleAtlas UDP, a standalone product, eliminates the need for integration with the core system, making it available to virtually any financial institution. Introduced in November at the BAI Retail Delivery Conference and Expo in Orlando, Fla., UDP enables IMM to extend to all financial institutions the same service and efficiencies the company has been providing from its integrated technology.
John Levy, Integrated Media Management EVP, explained, "Banks and credit unions can leverage their TotaleAtlas investment with UDP by adding the features and benefits of TotaleAtlas to the non-integrated third party systems they employ."
IMM's TotaleAtlas UDP provides users with a document preparation engine that captures signatures in-branch and creates a 128-bit encrypted non-editable PDF with the signature embedded. The auto-indexed PDFs and color-coded document filing make the platform user-friendly and also contribute to improved document archival and retrieval. TotaleAtlasWeb, as an add-on to TotaleAtlas UDP, offers end-users the convenience of completing and signing documents securely, anytime, anywhere 24/7 by capturing digital signatures remotely via the Web. This secure software service allows financial institutions to better reach their customers as well as reducing courier costs and other expenses associated with the use of paper.
