Five Credit Unions Select IMM's TotaleReceipts

Press Release: New customers eliminate courier costs, create paperless environment
LINDEN, N.J., March 16, 2009— Integrated Media Management(IMM)®, a document output management and automation technology provider, has been selected by five credit unions to install its TotaleReceipts solution, which automates the output of teller transaction receipts. California-based Provident Credit Union and Florida Central Credit Union are two of the more recent customers that have chosen IMM to streamline workflow and eliminate the costs and errors associated with manual processes. This brings the total number of credit unions installed on TotaleReceipts to 212 as of the end of February 2009.

"TotaleReceipts achieves that by eliminating the time and costs associated with the printing, management, storage and then retrieval of paper documents."
The product is one component of TotaleWorks, IMM's flagship solution suite. TotaleReceipts is seamlessly integrated with an institution's core system and merges the host data with the receipt form. Signatures— when required— are applied, submitted and stored as a 128-bit encrypted, non-editable indexed PDF. The receipt transaction and transaction slips are archived and indexed as a single document for easy retrieval.
