Press Release: Expanding to meet the compatibility guidelines of third party software
LINDEN, N.J., March 15, 2010— Integrated Media Management(IMM)®, a document output management and automation technology provider, announced a recent investment in its quality assurance department. The quality assurance team is vital to ensuring that new software releases and products are compatible with the latest operating and core host systems. To accomplish this, IMM has expanded the team by more than 30 percent. IMM is the provider of TotaleWorks, a suite of products that electronically streamlines what has historically been a paper-based process between the core processor and document storage system. These software products improve member service, increase productivity, eliminate paper and raise efficiency though out the organization.
"Expansion of the quality assurance department insures that software upgrades, product expansions and new offerings will run out of the box," Chuck Klein, CEO at IMM, said. " IMM continuously invests in its products to take advantage of the latest technology, as well as the current needs of our customers, and that requires a dedicated development team and quality assurance department to make sure it works the first time."
As an example, the company has made significant enhancements to TotaleReceipts, a receipt automation solution which automates the output of teller transaction receipts including electronic signature capture and delivers the information in a 128-bit encrypted PDF format. TotaleReceipts now processes more quickly and is easier for financial institutions to install and maintain accuracy.
Klein explained, "Expanding our quality assurance department is a natural progression to ensure that our products are compliant with third party operating applications and government regulation. We have always been committed to investing in our technology and this is a part of that effort."
