Press Release: IMM awarded for excellence, increased product sales

LINDEN, N.J., February 17, 2009— Integrated Media Management(IMM)®, a document output management and automation technology provider, ended 2008 with record signings for its TotaleAtlasWeb solution and increased its overall product sales. The company also unveiled product enhancements with the introduction of the Universal Document Presentment (UDP) version for TotaleAtlas and TotaleAtlasWeb, and was awarded by The Credit Union Journal for its excellence as an automation provider to the financial industry.

"The instability in today's marketplace has left financial institutions more concerned than ever with maximizing operational efficiencies while minimizing costs," said John Levy, EVP of Integrated Media Management. "The only way to achieve these goals is to truly automate all processes, eliminating paper throughout. IMM provides banks and credit unions with the tools to electronically streamline business and improve the transaction process, ultimately enhancing the experience of their customers and members."

For the fourth quarter of 2008, IMM booked 36 sales from its software suite of products for new and existing customers. The company experienced significant demand for TotaleAtlasWeb— a remote signature capture and secure document delivery solution that allows business to be conducted anytime, anywhere— as its signings for 2008 increased approximately three times from number of signings in 2007.

Chuck Klein, Integrated Media Management CEO, explained, "People want convenience and they want quick service, and in 2008 we saw financial institutions respond to those needs. Reducing the time customers and members spend in a branch, which in addition to enabling them to complete transactions remotely via the Web, increases their satisfaction, convenience and speed of service. These offerings also benefit the financial institution with better workflow, increased productivity and lower costs."

At the 2008 BAI Retail Delivery Conference and Expo in Orlando, Fla., IMM announced the availability of TotaleAtlas UDP and TotaleAtlasWeb UDP, standalone solutions that do not require integration with a financial institution's core system. These are enhanced versions of TotaleAtlas, IMM's flagship document preparation engine, and TotaleAtlasWeb. The introduction of UDP makes IMM technology available to virtually any financial institution and brought the company into the banking sector.

In November, IMM received a Best Practices Award from The Credit Union Journal for its success in providing credit unions with the technology to create a paperless office environment. IMM's work with Affinity Federal Credit Union was highlighted as the credit union interfaced Teller Item Capture and TotaleReceipts with its existing core processor, creating a seamless end-to-end electronic process.

Klein continued, "Sometimes technology can be met with apprehension, especially given today's limited budgets for such spending. But automation goes beyond paper elimination— it means a rapid ROI for the financial institution as well."
