Press Release: 'University of IMM' to help credit unions design, field and data map documents

LINDEN, N.J., February 6, 2007— Integrated Media Management (IMM), which specializes in output management and document automation technology, will host the "University of IMM" LiquidOffice Document Preparation Training Seminar, June 12 and 13, in Las Vegas. The class size is limited and will be filled on a "first come, first served basis." The class is only open to employees of credit unions that are core/host partners of IMM.

The two-day session includes training on creating documents for IMM's TotaleAtlas software program in LiquidOffice Design, fielding and data mapping documents as well as converting documents to the open-PDF format using the IMM conversion utility. Each attendee will have their own workstation loaded with all the necessary software required to design, field, data map and convert documents from their existing format.

TotaleAtlas is a complete turnkey, browser-based document presentment solution. It eliminates the time consuming effort of either storing paper and manually retrieving or physically scanning and indexing. With TotaleAtlas, XML host data is merged with documents and presented to the user on screen. All fields that were not populated from the host database are completed on screen allowing the entire document to be completed, including embedded digitized signatures prior to archival. Documents can be laser printed at anytime during the process or, faxed to the customer. Final documents are then archived as a 128-Bit encrypted, non-editable and indexed PDF.

More than 300 people from credit unions all over the U.S. have already received the training. "If credit unions want to manifest their own destiny and design and field their own documents, this is the class for them," said IMM Executive Vice President John Levy. "We have had everybody from loan clerks to CEOs attend, and we haven't had a person walk away from the class that hasn't been able to design and field their own documents and know how to integrate them into their host system when they are done."

The cost of the seminar, which will be held at the New Horizons Training Center, is $1,000.00. This includes seminar course materials, a training workstation, and breakfast and lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday.
