Press Release: Company answers with innovation, upgrades and partnerships

LINDEN, N.J., January 15, 2007— Integrated Media Management (IMM), which specializes in output management and document automation technology, has announced that demand for its TotaleWorks Software Suite jumped 25 percent in the past year. IMM also notes that this past year has also seen the successful launch of several new partnerships, a Check 21 branch and teller capture solution, a new professional services division, various upgrades and new releases to its software and growing acceptance of its technology in all sizes of financial institutions.

TotaleWorks is comprised of TotaleAtlas, TotaleReceipts and TotaleChecks. TotaleAtlas, a complete turnkey, browser-based document presentment solution is now being used in 213 credit unions nationwide. TotaleReceipts, which eliminates the need for pre-printed paper receipts as well as manual scanning and indexing or storing and retrieving by automating the output of teller transaction receipts has been installed in 187 credit unions and 137 credit unions are currently using TotaleChecks, which laser prints online and batch institution official checks on blank stock security paper.

In addition, IMM's TotaleAtlasWeb product, an Internet-based, remote signature capture system with secure document delivery, pioneered by IMM through a recent partnership with Signix, a SunGard company, is already being implemented in 17 credit unions. In 2006, the FDIC FCU received the "Best Practices Award" from The Credit Union Journal for "Electronic Document Management" utilizing IMM's TotaleAtlas and TotaleAtlasWeb. Another partnership established last year was with the VSoft Corporation. IMM has created a Check 21 Teller Capture solution by seamlessly intergrading its TotaleReceipts product with VSoft's Branch Image Capture software.

IMM technology is now being used in both small and large financial institutions. In fact, it is being used by 16 credit unions with assets over a billion dollars and, in response, IMM has launched its Professional Services Division, which is designed to provide the identification and exchange of ideas between a financial institution's management and IMM of best practices, analytical techniques, change management and technology implementation delivering a "blueprint for success".

During the past year, IMM added some 3,000 sq. ft. of office space to better serve its expanding customer base of more than 600 financial institutions and the resource needs in development, support, quality assurance and design. It also upgraded its help desk services and conducted a highly successful and sold-out LiquidOffice Design seminar in Las Vegas.

"We are a rapidly growing company that employs cutting-edge technology to innovatively help our customers solve their problems," said Chuck Klein, CEO of Integrated Media Management. "As financial institutions continue to look for paperless solutions and embrace both Check 21 and web-based efficiencies, we will be there to help them stay competitive by providing resources, sharing knowledge, building capacity and forging partnerships."
