Integrated Media Management Expands, Upgrades for New Year

Integrated Media Management (IMM), which specializes in output management and document automation technology, announces an upgrade to its help desk services as well as an expansion of its corporate offices.
IMM has added 3,000 sq. ft. of additional office space, which translates into a 15 percent increase in total space. They have also implemented the robust SAP software for accounting customer relationship management (CRM). SAP CRM provides extensive demographics, tracking and reporting for all areas of IMM.
The expansion was required to service IMM's expanding customer base of more than 600 financial institutions and the resource needs in development, support, quality assurance and design. Last year alone, IMM added more than 36 customers. "Our customers have become use to the superior level of service we provide," said John Levy, executive vice president for Integrated Media Management. "These upgrades and the additional space will ensure that we can continue operating at the peak of performance to satisfy all of or existing and future customers' needs."
