Intelligent e-Forms

FormSpeed replaces paper forms with intuitive web-based forms that make data collection quick and easy, while also minimizing errors and enforcing data integrity. Since these forms are designed by you for your business, you’re assured of getting the necessary data you need.

Features:

Ease of Navigation
Complex forms are broken down into simpler sections. These sections are displayed as tabs or sub-tabs along the top of the e-Form, ensuring easy navigation. Forms can be completed sequentially, or the user can skip to specific sections.
Business Rules and data validation
Forms can be customized to contain simple or complex business parameters for example, required fields, conditionally required fields, or displaying only applicable fields. These rules ensure collection of pure data.
Help Text
A small pop-up appears when hovering over a field, providing the user with helpful information regarding the field.
Output Form
FormSpeed generates output forms upon completion of data collection. They are formatted to look as close to your paper forms as possible, and are an easy way for users to review all of the data entered on one screen.
Data Replication
Data from an existing form can quickly and easily be copied into a new form.

FormSpeed lets you process your forms and acquire approvals in real-time. Manual paper processes can’t compare with the speed and efficiency of FormSpeed.
My Tasks Screen
The My Tasks screen is the users’ home screen, and acts as their inbox by displaying a list of their outstanding tasks. Tasks can be grouped by type, form, workflow, sender, and more. They can also be searched, sorted, filtered and grouped by department, geographical location or any other criteria you choose.
Conditional Routing
FormSpeed gives you the flexibility to conditionally route tasks based on form data, user roles, responses in the workflow and time. This process logic ensures the proper movement of your information throughout the business.
e-Mail Notifications
FormSpeed can send out email notifications to individuals or groups at predefined steps in the workflow, keeping users informed on the status of their case and alerting them when an action needs to be taken.
Comments
Throughout every step in the workflow, users have the ability to include comments to a case before moving it to the next step. Comments are stored along with the audit trail in the Workflow History to give users a comprehensive look at the entire path of the case in one glance.
Exception Handling
FormSpeed gives authorized users the ability to delegate a task from one user to another. When exceptions occur, these authorized users can re-route any task and alter the standard course of a workflow ensuring your process is not delayed.
Comprehensive Audit History
Once a form as been submitted into a workflow, FormSpeed begins tracking and recording every move your form makes in the Workflow History screen. The Display Audit feature highlights changes to form data between workflow steps, so users can quickly see what fields were modified, when and by whom. You can use these features to monitor the progress of your forms, identify bottlenecks and gain visibility into every step of your business process.
